We welcome up to four individuals/families to share in the enjoyment of our home in 2025. This is an experiment, as an alternative to traditional renting, to assist with maintenance costs. We invite friends, or friends-of-friends. This is not appropriate for students, though students accompanying parents are welcome.

Each quarter share is priced at $7,500 and entitles a shareholder to three weeks (21 days) use of our home over the course of the year. Use can be a continuous three weeks, or broken up into a series of shorter stays. Shareholders utilize a shared calendar to manage use. Shareholders are asked to leave the home broom-clean, trash/recycling removed, beds made with clean sheets or without sheets. A monthly cleaning service is included. Additional cleanings available at shareholder’s request/expense. Each shareholder receives a set of keys for the front door and entry door.
